The Center is a founding member of the National Legal Mentoring Consortium, which provides resources for mentoring initiatives within law firms, bar organizations, law schools, courts, and other entities within the legal profession. The Consortium also serves as a community for discussion and the exchange of ideas about best mentoring practices. In April 2018, the Center hosted the Consortium's national conference at the law school. Events included keynotes by David Wilkins of Harvard Law School and William Hubbard of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, as well as substantive panels, PED talks, and breakout sessions on mentoring initiatives and best practices. The 2020 NLMC conference will be held in Chicago.
